Gwadar: Darul Uloom Secondary Public School recently hosted an event titled Sirat-ul-Nabi, featuring competitions in speech and naat recitation, aimed at fostering character building among students based on Islamic teachings and Sirat Tayyaba. The event saw the participation of local dignitaries and was marked by speeches and performances by students that underscored the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the Sirat-ul-Nabi event was graced by several notable personalities including Assistant Commissioner Gwadar Mir Jawad Ahmed Zahri, who served as the special guest. His presence along with Master Abdul Majeed, Amir Jamaat-e-Islami District Gwadar; Ahmed Hasan, Deputy District Education Gwadar; Nadal Ali, ADO Gwadar; Vice Principal Maulana Liaquat; and Director Darul Uloom School Jameel Yar, added significance to the occasion. Maulana Muhammad Qasim, the principal of the school, presided over the event.
The program featured spirited performances by boys and girls from various classes who delivered speeches and recited Natia Kalam, focusing on the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. These presentations reportedly deepened the love for the Prophet among those present. The culmination of the event was marked by the distribution of prizes to the students who excelled in the competitions. The chief guests distributed these awards, acknowledging the efforts and enthusiasm of the students.
