Gwadar Port Chairman Visits Dhoria Academy, Donates Laptops and Sewing Machines

Gwadar: Chairman of Gwadar Port Pasand Khan Baldi made a significant visit to Dhoria Academy where he was welcomed by the academy head and former provincial minister Mir Haroon Kalmati. The visit included a tour of the academy’s facilities and a donation ceremony where laptops and sewing machines were provided to support the educational and vocational training efforts at the academy.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during his visit, Chairman Baldi inspected several key facilities within the academy, including the Mir Abdul Ghafoor Kalmati Library, the Computer Center, and the Handicraft Center. Director of Dhoria Academy Hassan Ali Musa provided an in-depth briefing on the academy’s operations and contributions to local education and skill development.

The event also celebrated the contributions of Mir Arshad Kalmati, chairman of the Mir Abdul Ghafoor Kalmati Welfare Trust, with Chairman Baldi presenting a commemorative shield in recognition of Kalmati’s educational and social services. The ceremony highlighted the ongoing partnership between Gwadar Port Authority and local educational institutions, underscoring the port’s commitment to community development.
