Gwadar: In a focused initiative to bolster local youth’s competitive examination prospects, Deputy Commissioner Hamoud-ur-Rehman and Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Manzoor Baloch of the University of Gwadar delivered motivational and strategic guidance to students at the Pak China Technical and Vocational Institute of Gwadar University. The session aimed at equipping students with the necessary skills and mindset to excel in CSS, PCS, and other competitive examinations.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Deputy Commissioner Rehman, in his address, wove historical anecdotes with practical advice, urging students to adopt a mindset of determination and clarity to overcome challenges in their academic and professional journeys. Dr. Baloch emphasized the critical aspects of time management, patience, and diligence in his presentation.
