Gwadar: Following directives from Deputy Commissioner Hamudur Rahman, a factory involved in the illegal production of gutka and mawa was raided and sealed by Assistant Commissioner Mir Jawad Ahmad Zahri and police forces in Bakshi Colony. The operation was initiated in response to public complaints, resulting in the confiscation of all harmful products and the immediate shutdown of the facility.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the raid was conducted to address the illegal manufacturing that poses health risks to the community. Assistant Commissioner Zahri has called upon all social, political workers, and councilors within the city to report any such illegal activities to his office swiftly to prevent further public health hazards.

The local government’s decisive action underscores its commitment to eradicating illegal activities that compromise the health and safety of its citizens. Assistant Commissioner Zahri emphasized the importance of community cooperation in these efforts to ensure a safer environment for all residents of Gwadar.
