Govt Extends Comprehensive Support to Petroleum Investors, Says Minister


Islamabad: The Minister for Petroleum, Ali Pervaiz Malik, emphasized the government’s commitment to providing comprehensive support to both local and international investors in the petroleum sector. This announcement was made during a meeting with Ali Taha Al-Temimi, the Country Manager of Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company, in the capital city.



The meeting highlighted the increasing interest from foreign entities in Pakistan’s petroleum resources. Ali Taha Al-Temimi conveyed his company’s intention to participate in the upcoming offshore bidding round. This move signals potential growth in the sector, with foreign firms eager to invest in the region’s untapped resources.
