Karachi: Mufti Taqi Usmani commended the public service efforts of Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori, highlighting the educational and training initiatives underway at the Governor’s House as commendable. His remarks came during an interaction with students enrolled in IT classes organized under the governor’s initiative.
According to Sindh Governor House, Mufti Taqi Usmani had earlier met with Governor Tesori to discuss a range of topics including the ideology of Islam, democracy, tolerance, temperance, and the role of scholars. Governor Tesori referenced his commitment to public service made on the 12th of Rabi’ul Awwal and emphasized the development of a strong relationship between the governor’s office and the public over the past two years. He mentioned ongoing projects aimed at humanitarian service, which have contributed to him being called the “public governor.”
In addition, Mufti Usmani participated in a tree planting campaign at the Governor’s House and expressed appreciation for the facilities provided to students in the IT marquee. Governor Tesori, addressing the media, stated that the IT courses are designed to enhance the future prospects of youth in the province and that these programs will be expanded across Sindh. Mufti Usmani noted the positive impact of the projects and mentioned the “Bell of Hope,” a symbol of public service at the Governor’s House, which remains accessible to the public at all times.
