Governor Sindh received the relief goods from Turkey from Turkish Consul General Kemal Sangu

Karachi, January 26, 2023 (PPI-OT):Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori received the relief goods from Turkey for the flood victims at the Karachi International Container Terminal from the Consul General of Turkey. Maulana Bashir Farooqui, head of Ceylon International Welfare Trust was also present on this occasion.

It should be noted that two ships of relief goods will arrive from Turkey, in which 864 tons of relief goods arrived at Karachi International Container Terminal by the first ship arriving today, while the second ship will bring 900 tons of relief goods on February 4.

The relief items include blankets, warm clothes for winter, food items and daily necessities, which will be distributed to the flood victims by NDMA. Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori said on this occasion that Turkey has helped us in every difficult time, after the recent floods, the first relief goods came from Turkey. Sindh Governor said that Pakistan and Turkey are two souls.

He further said that the people of Pakistan are grateful to Turkey for their help on the occasion of every natural calamity. Consul General of Turkey Cemal Sangun said that the people of Turkey love Pakistan immensely, he added that long live Pakistan and long live Pakistan is a lesson to every child of Turkey.
