Karachi: Governor of Sindh, Kamran Khan Tesori, unveiled a new online application named IVY at the Governor House, designed to enhance the educational capabilities of A and O level students for international competitions. The app, accessible for a reasonable fee, aims to provide comprehensive preparation tools for students in a digitally evolving landscape.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori applauded the IVY team for their innovative efforts to bridge the educational gaps through technology. “IVY is a testament to our commitment to harnessing innovation for educational excellence,” he remarked at the inauguration. The Governor emphasized the crucial role of technology in education and its significance in preparing the youth of Sindh for global challenges.
The event highlighted the multifaceted benefits of the IVY application, which include not only academic preparation but also the integration of modern IT courses offered at the Governor House. Governor Tesori also pointed out the ongoing social initiatives like the ration drive aimed at supporting underprivileged communities through technology.
In his speech, the Governor encouraged collaboration among the government, private sector, and civil organizations to further educational initiatives. He expressed optimism about the nation’s youth driving progress, citing the example of Arshad Nadeem, a gold medalist whose achievements have elevated Pakistan’s international stature despite personal challenges.
The launch was attended by notable figures including Consuls General from several countries, Network President Dr. Abdul Bari, representatives from Cambridge Assessment International Education, and directors of the IVY app. The Governor concluded by stressing the potential within Pakistan’s youth and the transformative role of educational advancements in realizing the nation’s goals.
