Karachi: The 25th edition of the ITCN Asia 2024 Expo, a major technology event, was inaugurated by Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori today. The expo, which is set to run for three days, features 500 stalls by various national and international companies and is expected to draw significant participation.
According to Sindh Governor House, the Governor highlighted the expo’s role as a unique platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and showcasing the latest technology trends. With 80,000 registrations and 25,000 attendees expected on the first day alone, the event promises to provide valuable insights into the future of technology. Governor Tesori expressed his vision for Sindh to become a central hub for information technology in Pakistan. He noted that currently, 50,000 youths are enrolled in advanced IT courses at the Governor House, and plans are underway to extend these educational opportunities throughout the province.
During his visit, Governor Tesori also toured the B2B Business Corporate Lounge at the expo, where organizers briefed him on the various corporate and business engagements taking place. This initiative is part of a broader effort to position Sindh at the forefront of technological innovation and IT education.
