Karachi, At an award distribution ceremony of the Sports Journalists Association Sindh, Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesuri acknowledged the significant role of sports journalists in the promotion of sports and talent recognition. He expressed his support for journalists and opened the doors of Governor House for addressing public issues.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesuri commended the Sports Journalists Association Sindh for organizing the event at the Governor House and congratulated the award recipients. He emphasized the crucial contributions of sports journalists in showcasing athletes’ talents and their role in the broader development of the sports sector.

During his speech, Governor Tesuri reflected on the challenges faced by various sectors in Pakistan, noting that politics has overly influenced many areas, hindering progress. He stressed the need for unity and a shift from individualistic to collective national thinking.

The ceremony was attended by Supervising Provincial Sports Minister Dr. Junaid Ali Shah, President of SJAS Asif Khan, and General Secretary Shahid Usman, among others.
