Karachi: In a significant outreach effort to bolster economic relations, Governor Kamran Khan Tesori invited Iranian investors to capitalize on opportunities within Sindh. He assured full support from the Sindh Investment Facilitation Center (SIFC) during a dinner hosted at the Iranian Consulate, aimed at fostering deeper trade and investment ties between Iran and Pakistan.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori emphasized the potential for elevating Pakistan-Iran trade to $50 billion, noting current efforts to resolve trade barriers. The event, attended by prominent industrialists and business leaders, highlighted the SIFC’s role as a catalyst for regional economic development. The Governor praised the contributions of Iranian Consul General Hasan Noorian and recalled the initiatives of the late Iranian President Raisi and Ayatollah Khamenei aimed at enhancing bilateral trade relations.
