Governor Sindh Commends JDC Free Diagnostic Center on First Anniversary

Karachi: Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori highlighted the critical role of welfare institutions in alleviating the challenges faced by the underprivileged, citing the JDC Free Diagnostic Center as a model example. During the first anniversary celebration of the center, he praised the organization for providing costly medical tests free of charge to those in need.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori expressed his appreciation for the JDC team, noting their success as proof that passion can overcome resource limitations. He toured various departments of the center and received a comprehensive briefing from its management. The Governor emphasized the importance of continuing public welfare initiatives and called for the establishment of similar centers in remote areas to extend their benefits.

Zafar Abbas of JDC highlighted that the center is equipped with advanced machinery from Germany, America, and Hong Kong, enabling them to offer tests valued between 30,000 to 40,000 rupees at no cost. In a media interaction, Governor Tesori reiterated the center’s role in providing essential services to the poor and addressed inquiries about future improvements, including plans for a Primary Education Commission to address educational disparities.
