Karachi, 11 Oct 2023:Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori and Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani convened in a meeting at the latter’s residence in Quetta, where discussions circled around pivotal topics including constitution and legislation, initiatives aimed at public welfare, fostering inter-provincial harmony, and other matters of mutual interest. The discourse, according to a press release from the Sindh Governor House, emphasized the significance of legislation in ensuring transparency in development projects and safeguarding public funds, amidst other pressing issues of governance and public policy.

During the meeting, Governor Tesori underlined that robust and transparent legislation is crucial at this juncture to guarantee the transparent culmination of developmental projects and to safeguard public monies. He highlighted the pivotal role of regulatory frameworks in ensuring that development initiatives are executed judiciously and that public funds are secured against any possible discrepancies.

Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani articulated that in the Senate’s constitution-making process, the welfare of the public is being placed at the forefront.
