Karachi, Governor of Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori, participated in a reception hosted by the Russian Consulate General in Karachi to celebrate the People’s Unity Day of the Russian Federation. The Russian Consul General, Mr. Andrey V. Fedorov, welcomed Governor Tessori, and they jointly cut a cake during the event. The reception was also attended by the Caretaker Chief Minister of Sindh, Justice (Retired) Maqbool Baqar, along with other political, social personalities, and city dignitaries.
According to Governor Sindh, the event symbolized the strengthening of relations and mutual respect between the Russian Federation and the province of Sindh. The attendance of the governor and other notable figures was indicative of the importance placed on bilateral ties and cultural exchange.
