Karachi, At the inauguration of the Youth Parliament Shadow Cabinet in Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesuri announced the adoption of the Madinah state principles within the Governor House, emphasizing the need for truth and integrity in society and politics. The Governor expressed his intent to consult with scholars (Ulemas) to guide this process, highlighting the importance of youth in national development and political engagement.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesuri spoke about the societal challenges, including the prevalence of dishonesty and the critical role of youth in overcoming these issues. He outlined the necessity of instilling moral and social values in the younger generation to foster a culture of love, peace, unity, and understanding. Tesuri pointed out that with youth making up 60 percent of Pakistan’s population, their active participation in the country’s development journey is essential.
The Governor elaborated on the significance of the Youth Parliament and its Shadow Cabinet as crucial platforms for engaging young people in politics, allowing them to assume simulated governmental roles and debate on national policies.
