Islamabad, Prime Minister’s coordinator on climate change, Romina Khurshid Alam, announced that the government plans to introduce climate change education in upcoming summer camps for students. This initiative aims to raise awareness among young people about environmental challenges. The announcement was made during a meeting with UNICEF’s country director for Pakistan, Abdullah A Fadil, where they discussed the integration of climate education into youth programs.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Romina Khurshid Alam emphasized the importance of educating students on this critical issue. She outlined the government’s efforts to incorporate climate change topics into the educational activities planned for summer camps.
