LAHORE, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar underscored the government’s ongoing efforts to harness the nation’s economic prowess and uplift the younger demographic during his address at the inaugural convocation of the Institute of Art and Culture today.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Prime Minister stressed the nation’s reliance on the youth’s skill set, ingenuity, and leadership to advance the economy. He emphasized their pivotal role in championing social justice, driving positive societal transformation, and realizing the aspirations of Pakistan’s founders.
Speaking on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, Kakar heralded it as a transformative initiative, poised to overhaul the nation’s economic landscape. Kakar praised the younger generation as Pakistan’s most prized resource, eager to actively participate in the nation’s progression. He credited the educational sector’s significant contribution to fueling economic growth and shaping Pakistan’s trajectory.
Offering counsel to the graduating batch, Kakar urged readiness to navigate both impending challenges and opportunities, exhorting them to uphold national pride. He concluded by applauding the dedication and commitment of the Institute of Art and Culture’s faculty and staff. The ceremony culminated with the Prime Minister bestowing degrees and medals upon the graduates.
