LAHORE: The current government, led by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, is actively working to provide progress opportunities for the nation’s youth across multiple sectors, according to Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister Youth Program.

Addressing a gathering at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Khan emphasized the immense talent of Pakistan’s youth, highlighting their achievements in fields such as Information Technology. He noted that scholarships are being offered through the Youth Hub portal to support their educational and professional growth.

In addition to education, Mr. Khan pointed out that efforts are underway to raise awareness among young people about the Green Economy. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to equip the youth with the knowledge and skills necessary for sustainable development.

Mr. Khan also mentioned that the government is facilitating overseas employment opportunities for skilled young men and women. This move is aimed at not only providing job prospects but also at enhancing the skill sets of the youth to meet global standards.
