Georgia House of Representatives Commends Ambassador Masood Khan for Strengthening Pak-US Relations

Atlanta: The Georgia House of Representatives has officially recognized the contributions of Ambassador Masood Khan to enhancing Pak-US relations through a recently adopted resolution. The commendation acknowledges his role in fostering stronger bilateral ties during his tenure as the Pakistani Ambassador.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the resolution was introduced by a group of five Congressmen, which includes Farooq Mughal, a Congressman of Pakistani descent, alongside James Beverly, Carl Wayne Gilliard, Mike Cheokas, and Clay Pirkle. This collective effort highlights the bipartisan support for strengthening relations between the two regions.

Ambassador Khan expressed his appreciation for the recognition by the State Assembly, emphasizing the importance of the sister-state relationship between Sindh and Georgia. He noted that this partnership serves as a robust framework for cultivating beneficial collaborations in both public and private sectors. Khan also expressed optimism about the future prospects of this bilateral relationship, hoping it would continue to thrive and bring benefits to the peoples of both sides.
