Srinagar, July 20, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Working Vice Chairman, Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar, on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha has felicitated the Muslim Ummah especially the freedom loving people of Kashmir who have been deprived of their fundamental rights under the worst military siege which the human history might not have witnessed anywhere.

Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar in his Eid message said that it was a graceful day when Prophet Abraham (PBUH) was all set to sacrifice his son Hazrat Ismaiel (PBUH) to fulfill yet another command of his Lord after which he was made the Imam (leader) of the people. Abraham (PBUH) followed the path of righteousness and stood against the evil doers, he said.

The APHC leader said in the Prophetic teachings of Abraham there is a universal message of peace and prosperity and the Sunnah of Abraham has a great lesson for the oppressed people of the world. Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar while expressing his deep concern over the grim situation faced by the subjugated people of IIOJK said Eid-ul-Adha celebrations remind us to take care of our orphans, widows, physically disabled persons, prisoners and their families as well as the poor sections of society.

The APHC leader appealed to the Muslim population of IIOJK, AJK, and Muslim Ummah, especially the Imams, to pray for the blessings of Allah, freedom of Kashmir and Palestine from illegal occupations and raise their voice against the genocide, illegal detentions and denial of fundamental rights to the people of the two occupied regions by India and Israel. He condemned the banning of congregational Eid prayers in IIOJK by the Indian fascist regime and creating of hurdles in sale, purchase and slaughtering of sacrificial animals as part of implementation of its hidden agenda of Hinduata.
