Jammu, A freight train wagon derailed on Sunday afternoon near Jammu, causing disruptions in rail services between Jammu and Udhampur. The incident, which occurred around 3:30 pm near Sangar on the outskirts of Jammu city, prompted immediate response efforts to restore the affected railway track.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the derailment took place as the goods train was en route from Jammu to Udhampur. Authorities dispatched a crane from Katra station to assist in track restoration and debris removal.
