Free Veterinary Camps Held in Remote Villages of Zhob

Zhob, In an effort to bolster the health of livestock, which is a primary source of livelihood in the region, the Provincial Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development Bakht Mohammad Kakar, along with other officials, organized free veterinary camps in various villages of Dana Abdullah Zai.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, these camps resulted in the vaccination of 25,000 cattle and the distribution of free medicines to local farmers. The initiative, led by District Livestock Officer Dr. Naseebullah Kakar, aims to prevent various diseases found in cattle, thus enhancing the overall productivity of the livestock sector in Balochistan. Local residents expressed gratitude, noting the significance of such services in remote areas where livestock is the predominant economic activity.
