Islamabad: In a significant briefing held in Islamabad, Foreign Secretary Muhammad Syrus Sajjad Qazi has apprised international diplomats of the ongoing situation in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), coinciding with the upcoming observance of the fifth Youm-e-Istehsal on August 5.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Foreign Office outlined the impacts of India’s actions on August 5, 2019, emphasizing the repercussions on international law, human rights, and regional peace and security. The briefing aimed to convey the seriousness of the situation and Pakistan’s stance on the unilateral moves made by India in revoking the special status of Jammu and Kashmir.
