Islamabad, Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb met today with a delegation from the Pakistan Business Council, led by Chairman Shabbir Diwan, to discuss economic and tax concerns.
According to Ministry of Finance, the meeting, which also included Malik Amjed Zubair Tiwana, Chairman of the Federal Board of Revenue, focused on the current economic challenges and potential reforms. The Finance Minister welcomed the council’s input on budgetary and tax matters and highlighted ongoing efforts to enhance the tax system through digitalization, ensuring collaborative progress between the government and the business sector.
