Karachi: The Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Khalid Hussain Magsi, visited the PSQCA-Complex in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, marking a significant focus on innovation and standards. The visit, which took place on April 23, 2025, was met with a warm reception from PSQCA officials, including Deputy Director General Taufeeq Ali Abbasi and Secretary A.K. Rind.
During the visit, Minister Magsi emphasized the importance of enhancing the role of the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority to benefit the public. He commended the organization’s efforts in quality and standardization and urged for further improvements.
Minister Magsi also took the opportunity to address the concerns of PSQCA employees, assuring them that their issues would be resolved. The visit was attended by several key figures, including Director to Minister Shakeel Arshad and Protocol Officer Farooq Nadir, among others.
