Islamabad, January 31, 2023 (PPI-OT):Federal Minister remained among public for Teri consecutive days wherein individuals and community issues and problems were discussed in detail and minister issued necessary orders on the spot. On this occasion, Sajid Hussain Turi appreciated that people of tribal districts are more aware than earlier and they have been raising their community and collective issues rather than personal demands.
He said that people main demands are roads, electricity, schools and hospitals which are basic needs and also right of a society. He said that government is focusing on planning, construction and development of the ex-tribal areas and he is sure that there will be a revolutionary changes in Kurram district in health, education and development sectors.
Federal Minister said that he is well aware of the problems of the area and he is trying hard to solve all the problems at the earliest. Federal Minister Sajid Hussain Turi said that Chairman Pakistan People’s Party Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has directed that the elected representatives should go and meet people in their areas and solve their problems at doorstep. He also met the elected representatives of Local Government of Kurram district and heard their problems.
He said that Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto had said that the source of power is the people and the People’s Party has always worked to empower the people so that they can make their own decisions. He said that the promises made to the tribal people while merging FATA could not fulfilled but now the time has come to fulfill all these promises.
He assured the elected representatives of his full cooperation and urged them to resolve the problems of the people in the villages and concerned unions and take keen interest in the construction and development. On this occasion, the people expressed full confidence in the leadership of the People’s Party and said that the People’s Party is a people’s party which has always solved the problems of people and considered best possible outcomes to help citizens of Pakistan.
