Federal Minister Announces Progress on Green Energy Initiatives to Lower Electricity Costs


Lahore: Federal Minister for Energy, Sardar Awais Ahmed Khan, emphasized the accelerated efforts and progress on the green energy project aimed at reducing electricity costs during a ceremony in Lahore. The minister underscored the importance of updating the electricity transmission system and integrating modern technology across distribution companies.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Minister Khan discussed the ongoing initiatives to make power tariffs uniform, which involve the adoption of modern technologies in the electricity distribution framework. These efforts are part of a broader strategy to ensure a sustainable and cost-effective energy future for Pakistan.
