Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan Highlights Investment Opportunities in Pakistan on French National Day


Islamabad: During the National Day of France celebration in Islamabad, Federal Minister of Board of Investment, Privatization and Communications Abdul Aleem Khan emphasized the significant investment potential in Pakistan, particularly in sectors such as minerals, energy, agriculture, information technology, and defense production.



According to Press Information Department, Minister Khan addressed a gathering of diplomats, federal ministers, senators, and other high-profile attendees, underlining the importance of Pakistan’s relationship with France. He noted that the presence of over 125,000 Pakistanis and numerous students in France bolsters bilateral ties, particularly in trade, economy, education, and cultural sectors. The Minister lauded the established roadmap for enhancing bilateral trade and cooperation, highlighting its benefits for both nations. The event also saw the French Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E. Nicolas Galey, expressing a keen interest in expanding trade and collaborative efforts with Pakistan.
