During this unique initiative, the Chairman directly engaged with taxpayers, addressing their concerns through direct phone calls.
According to Press Information Department, He promptly directed relevant departments to resolve the issues presented by the taxpayers and urged them to visit nearby tax offices for any additional assistance regarding tax return filings. In this engagement, Chairman Tiwana mentioned the instructions already given to Field Formations for taxpayer facilitation. Valuable suggestions provided by the taxpayers were acknowledged, with assurance that these would be taken into account when formulating future tax policies.
