Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar has highlighted the significance of expanding relations between Pakistan and Japan, focusing on areas such as trade, investment, IT, and industrial cooperation.
During a meeting with Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Japan, Abdul Hameed Bhutta, Dar emphasized the need for strengthening bilateral ties. The Foreign Office Spokesperson shared these insights in a press release.
Dar congratulated Bhutta on his new role and extended his best wishes for a fruitful tenure. He also urged the ambassador-designate to support the Pakistani community in Japan by improving consular services and focusing on community welfare.
