Erdogan Arrives in Pakistan for Strategic Talks

Islamabad: President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkiye is set to arrive in Pakistan today for a two-day visit, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations. The visit comes at the invitation of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, President Erdogan will be accompanied by a high-level delegation. This includes ministers, senior officials, and corporate leaders, signaling the broad scope of discussions expected to take place.

During his stay, President Erdogan and Prime Minister Sharif will co-chair the 7th Session of the Pakistan-Turkiye High Level Strategic Cooperation Council. This session is anticipated to lay the groundwork for enhanced cooperation in various sectors.

The visit is expected to culminate in the signing of a Joint Declaration and a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding. These documents are likely to cover areas of mutual interest and further deepen the strategic partnership between Pakistan and Turkiye.
