Islamabad: The Embassy of Japan has announced an open position for an assistant in its Economic & Development Section, aimed at individuals fluent in English and Urdu, with a preference for candidates who also speak Japanese.
According to Embassy of Japan in Pakistan, the ideal candidate will possess a high level of computer literacy, an interest in economic issues, and the willingness to engage actively in the section’s activities. Applicants are required to have achieved an IELTS score of 8 or higher, or hold an equivalent certification, to ensure proficiency in English. The role is particularly targeted towards fresh graduates with academic backgrounds in Economics or International Development, who should include their GPA or percentage marks in their applications.
Interested parties must submit a detailed CV, a recent photograph, and a copy of their CNIC to P.O. Box No.1119, Islamabad. The application package should be sent by Wednesday, 24 July 2024, and clearly marked as “Application for the Economic & Development Section Post”.
