Electronic voting machine key to ensure transparency: Prime Minister

Islamabad, August 05, 2021 (PPI-OT):Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that Electronic Voting Machines are a key to restoring and ensuring transparency throughout the electoral process. He expressed these view during a meeting with Minister for Science and Technology Senator Shibli Faraz, who called on him in Islamabad.

The Prime Minister stressed on the usefulness of EVMs in effectively addressing the concerns raised by various political parties in the past. He also congratulated the Ministry of Science and Technology on this important development.
