According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Election Commission’s recent directive has led to the incorporation of extensive data on voters’ national and provincial assemblies’ constituencies into the 8300 SMS service. This service is designed to offer voters an efficient way to obtain various details pertaining to their electoral status.

Voters utilizing the SMS service 8300 can now receive information about their statistical block code, serial number in the electoral roll, household number, as well as the names of their corresponding national and provincial assembly constituencies. Additionally, the service provides district numbers and contact details for the District Election Commissioner’s helpline and telephone numbers.
