Eid Milad-ul-Nabi Celebrated with Religious Observance Across the Nation


Islamabad: Eid Milad-ul-Nabi was celebrated nationwide today, marked by religious observance and solemnity. The day began with a thirty-one-gun salute in the Federal Capital and a twenty-one-gun salute in provincial capitals, as the nation observed a public holiday. Special prayers after the Fajr prayer focused on the unity of the Muslim Ummah and national progress.



According to Radio Pakistan, the day’s main event was the International Seerat-un-Nabi Conference held in the Federal Capital. The conference revolved around the theme of Protection, Development, and Character Building of the Younger Generation in the Light of Seerat-un-Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wasallam. Additionally, cities witnessed Milad processions where Ulema and Khateeb highlighted aspects of Hazrat Muhammad’s life, emphasizing adherence to his teachings and Sunnah.



In celebration of the occasion, streets, roads, buildings, mosques, and houses were adorned with green buntings, flags, and colorful lights.
