Islamabad, February 14, 2023 (PPI-OT):The Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet has approved gas price revision for domestic, commercial and power sectors for six months from January to June, 2023. The meeting of the ECC was held in Islamabad with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in the chair.
The cabinet committee also allowed the Ministry of Economic Affairs for signing of debt rescheduling agreement with Russia for debt suspension of COVID related amount of 14.53 million dollars. The ECC granted 40 billion rupees as Technical Supplementary Grant to Benazir Income Support Programme to meet its budgetary requirements.
