Dukki Observes Kashmir Exploitation Day with Rally and School Function

Dukki: The district of Dukki, along with the rest of the province, marked Kashmir Exploitation Day on August 5 with a significant public demonstration and a school function aimed at expressing solidarity with the people of Kashmir and condemning Indian policies.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the day’s events were organized by the district administration and the education department at Model High School. Deputy Commissioner Kaleemullah Kakar, Assistant Commissioner Zahoor Ahmad Baloch, and other district officers were present. The function concluded with a rally from Segurment High School to Pakistan Chowk, drawing participation from a broad spectrum of the community, including civil society members and students.

The rally featured banners and placards with slogans supporting Kashmir and denouncing the actions of India. Participants voiced that August 5 marks a significant day of infamy, noting the removal of Kashmir’s special status and the continuation of Indian state atrocities. They called on the international community to recognize and act against these injustices, emphasizing that Kashmiris must be granted their rights as outlined by UN resolutions. The event reinforced the strong cultural and political bonds between Pakistan and the Kashmiri people, highlighting the shared resolve to support Kashmir’s struggle for self-determination.
