Jammu, June 10, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), the Special Judge of the dreaded Indian agency National Investigation Agency (NIA) court, Ashwani Sharma has rejected the bail application of a teacher, Zahir Abbas Naik. The detained teacher is facing a fake case registered against him by the Indian agency and police in Kishtwar.

The NIA Special Judge observed that the Kishtwar police have registered FIR on his involvement in the pro-freedom activities. The judge, while rejecting the bail application, claimed that the applicant herein disrupted the sovereignty of India with intention to free Jammu and Kashmir from Indian rule. The judge further added that the applicant does not deserve the concession of bail at this stage, particularly when the material witnesses are yet to be examined.
