Dr. Rababa Khan Baldi Highlights Role of National Incubation Centre in Advancing Youth Entrepreneurship in Quetta

Quetta: During a recent visit to the National Incubation Centre (NIC) at the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering, and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Dr. Rababa Khan Baldi, Advisor to the Chief Minister on Women Development, underscored the importance of such institutions in guiding the youth of Balochistan into the modern business landscape. His remarks emphasized the significant impact that young entrepreneurs and their innovative business ideas could have on both the regional and national economies.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Dr. Baldi was briefed by NIC Director Muhammad Shah on various initiatives and business plans currently underway at the center. Dr. Baldi also engaged with several young entrepreneurs who were presenting their business ideas under the auspices of NIC, expressing appreciation for their efforts and potential to influence economic growth.

The visit highlighted the government’s focus on fostering entrepreneurship among the youth, particularly women, through strategic partnerships with institutions like NIC. Dr. Baldi noted that the Department of Women Development is actively working to enhance business opportunities for women, leveraging collaborations that provide essential training and better opportunities in the modern business environment.

The presence of BUITEMS Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Abdul Rehman Khan underscored the academic support for the incubation centre, reinforcing the educational institution’s role in promoting practical business education and entrepreneurship among its students.
