Islamabad, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar held discussions with the Caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, retired Justice Arshad Hussain, focusing on the law and order situation in the province and the upcoming elections.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister Kakar expressed confidence in the provinces playing a significant role in supporting the Election Commission for free and transparent elections. The meeting also covered administrative matters, the law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and strategies to prevent smuggling.
