Islamabad, February 03, 2022 (PPI-OT):A digital photographic exhibition on Kashmir and a painting Competition/ exhibition was organised by Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications at Pakistan China Friendship Center on Thursday. Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Mr. Farrukh Habib inaugurated the exhibition.

Two documentaries produced by DEMP were exhibited during the event. A painting Competition was organized by DEMP to highlight the atrocities of Indian forces in IIOJ and K in collaboration with Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA).

Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Mr. Farrukh Habib distributed prizes and certificates among the winners. Ms. Zubeed secured first position while Ms. Ayesha Zahid secured second position and Ms. Syeda Mashed Zahra secured third position. Lt. Colonel Mr. Shahid Rafique exhibited his personal collection of postal covers on Kashmir.

National Archives and Muslim Institute also collaborated with the Directorate in holding the exhibition. Additional Secretary Information Mr. Mubashir Tauqeer, Director General DEMP Ms. Samina Farzeen and other officials of Ministry of Information were also present during the event.
