DIG Loralai Emphasizes Merit-Based Police Recruitment During Visit to SSP Complex

Loralai: During a visit to the SSP Complex in Loralai District, DIG Loralai Range Abdul Ghaffar Qaisrani stressed the importance of merit in the ongoing recruitment process for police constables. He assured that all stages of the selection process, including physical and written tests, will employ biometric verification to ensure fairness and transparency.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, DIG Qaisrani addressed potential candidates during a briefing, emphasizing the crucial role of merit in their selection. He stated that every aspect of the recruitment, from the race to the paper stages, would be conducted through biometric means to guarantee that no eligible candidate is unfairly disqualified.

DIG Qaisrani also warned against any corrupt practices, urging candidates to report any illicit demands directly to him for legal action. He highlighted the strict measures that will be taken against any recruitment committee members found negligent or corrupt in their duties.

Further adding to the inclusivity of the recruitment process, IGP Balochistan Waran announced a special relaxation in height requirements for female candidates. This adjustment aims to facilitate more women joining the police force, reflecting an ongoing commitment to enhancing employment opportunities within the Loralai range.

During his visit, DIG Loralai also toured the newly constructed building of the police station Sadiq Ali Shaheed Loralai. Accompanying him were several high-ranking officials, including SSP Loralai Muhammad Zafar Buzdar, Zonal Commander BC Loralai Zone Zubair Durrani, and others, who collectively underscored the police’s mission to protect life, property, and maintain public order.
