Islamabad: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Islamabad, Muhammad Jawad Tariq, conducted a thorough review of security arrangements at the Tablighi Markaz, urging officers to enhance security measures and maintain vigilance. He emphasized the importance of diligent duty performance among personnel.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, DIG Tariq was accompanied by SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza and SP Swan Zone Muhammad Khurram Ashraf during the visit. He engaged with police officers and officials responsible for security, briefing them on their professional responsibilities.

DIG Islamabad stressed the need for effective and well-coordinated security arrangements, highlighting the importance of preparedness against potential incidents. He reaffirmed the Islamabad Police’s commitment to protecting citizens’ lives and properties, assuring that no disturbances to peace would be tolerated.

He urged the public to report any suspicious activities to the nearest police station or the emergency helpline “Pukar-15,” emphasizing the role of community cooperation in ensuring security.
