Islamabad: Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Islamabad Ali Waseem and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Qazi Ali Raza conducted various security inspections across Islamabad, urging officers to enhance vigilance and ensure effective security measures.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, DIG Islamabad Ali Waseem visited multiple duty points throughout the city to assess security arrangements, checking procedures, and the general law and order situation. He instructed officers and officials to maintain vigilance, utilize all resources for the protection of citizens, and ensure thorough checks of suspicious individuals and vehicles. An immediate and effective response to any unusual situation was emphasized.
Simultaneously, SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza visited the Red Zone and Zero Point Check Post to evaluate the security measures in place and the performance of police personnel. Raza directed officers to remain alert, conduct thorough checks, avoid negligence, and engage with citizens respectfully and responsibly. He reiterated the commitment of Islamabad Police to protect citizens, strengthen security, and maintain law and order. Officers were reminded to fulfill their duties with responsibility and professionalism to ensure a secure environment for the community.
