Jammu, October 04, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the DG prisons HK Lohia was murdered inside his house in Jammu district. The throat of HK Lohia, 57, was slit and burn injuries were present on his body at his home on the outskirts of Jammu city. Police claimed Lohia’s domestic help, is suspected as the main culprit. A manhunt has been launched for the suspect.
ADGP Jammu Zone, Mukesh Singh said, “The body of DG Prisons Hemant Lohia was found under suspicious circumstances. The first examination of the scene of crime reveals this is a suspected murder case.” He said that Lohia’s domestic help was absconding and police have started searching him.
Meanwhile, a non-Kashmiri bank manager identified as Vivek Kumar escaped unhurt after attackers fired at him in Goushbagh Pattan area of Baramulla district. He is Bank manager of Grameen bank Ghoushbagh Pattan.
