Islamabad, July 01, 2022 (PPI-OT):The management of the Federal Development Agency (Capital Development Authority) is paying special attention to the construction and development of the city, especially the sector development. In this regard, on the special directive of the Chairman Capital Development Authority a few days ago, more than 60% of the earthwork on more than 350 kanals of government land in Sector E-12 has been completed by the concerned departments.
Excavation work for underground supply of water supply including sewerage network and other facilities is in full swing while earth work on the remaining land will be completed soon. Thus, more than 18% of the overall development work of Sector E-12 has been completed.
In addition, more than 22% of the earthwork on 1.75 km road of Sector I-12/2 has been completed by the concerned departments while the remaining earthwork will be completed soon. Similarly, other development works including cleavers will also be started after completion of earthwork.
It should be noted that the management of the existing Capital Development Authority is paying special attention to the launch and completion of development works in the stagnant sectors so that the housing needs of the city can be met. The launch of development works in Sectors I-12 and E-12 is also a link in the same chain.
The management of the Capital Development Authority has directed the concerned departments to complete the development works of Sector I-12 and E-12 within the stipulated time so that the allottees of this sector can build houses on their plots. It may be mentioned that after the completion of development works, 6000 allottees in Sector I-12 and more than 3000 allottees in Sector E-12 will be able to build houses on their plots.
On this occasion, the management of Capital Development Authority said that the resettlement of new sectors would further enhance the beauty of the city and at the same time facilitate the uninterrupted provision of high quality of life and quality facilities to the citizens.
