Turbat: Former Chief Minister and current Member of the Provincial Assembly, Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch, has announced a series of development measures aimed at enhancing various sectors including education, health, and infrastructure in Kech District. Speaking at a public gathering at his residence, Dr. Baloch outlined his comprehensive strategy for regional development, emphasizing the provision of medical facilities and educational improvements.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Dr. Baloch detailed the allocation of significant funds and resources towards the development of Kech. He stated that an amount of five crores has been earmarked for the acquisition of medical equipment and other essential supplies for the Teaching Hospital Turbat. This initiative is intended to provide local access to medical services, reducing the need for residents to travel to Karachi for treatment. Additionally, Dr. Baloch highlighted efforts to address the electricity supply in the district by installing new transformers.
Moreover, Dr. Baloch emphasized the broader social and economic benefits of these projects, which include the construction of a network of roads throughout the district. These efforts are expected to improve the standard of living and spur economic development and prosperity in the region.
The former Chief Minister’s plans reflect a concerted effort to utilize all available resources to achieve substantial improvements in the living conditions and infrastructure of Kech District.
