Islamabad, The National Assembly of Pakistan has announced a change in timing for its next session. The Honourable Speaker has rescheduled the sitting on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, to commence at 4:00 p.m. instead of the originally planned 2:00 p.m.



According to National Assembly of Pakistan, this time alteration for the parliamentary session was made in accordance with clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the National Assembly, 2007. The Special Secretary (Legis.), Muhammad Mushtaq, confirmed the change in an official circular distributed to all members of the National Assembly, relevant government officials, and media outlets for wider dissemination.



This rescheduling reflects the Assembly’s flexible procedural framework, allowing for adjustments in the parliamentary schedule as required. The circular also ensures that all stakeholders are informed of the change in a timely manner, maintaining the transparency and orderliness of parliamentary proceedings.
