Islamabad, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has landed in Astana, Kazakhstan to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Council of Foreign Ministers meeting.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, upon arrival, Dar was welcomed by Director of the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nursalimuly Yergalym, Pakistan’s Ambassador in Astana, Nauman Bashir Bhatti, and Pakistan’s National Coordinator SCO, Ambassador Marghoob Saleem Butt.
A pivotal meeting is scheduled with the Foreign Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jeenbek Kulubaev, to discuss the welfare of Pakistani students in Bishkek, reflecting Pakistan’s commitment to its nationals abroad.
