Banjul, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar of Pakistan has arrived in Banjul to participate in the 15th Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). During his visit, Dar will engage in the Council of Foreign Ministers’ meeting and hold discussions with various leaders present at the summit.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Dar was welcomed at the airport by Nani Juwara, the Gambian Minister of Petroleum and Energy. In addition to his role as Deputy Prime Minister, Dar serves as Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, which positions him to play a significant role in the summit’s diplomatic interactions.
